Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad

Free of eggs, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, dairy



1 package of pasta of choice (bowties and ziti work well)


1 jar of olives (drained)

1 can of beans (drained)

1 pepper (diced)

1 onion (diced)

2 TBLSPs olive oil

2 TBLSPs vinegar

Salt, pepper and basil to taste

 

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. In a large bowl, mix the pasta, olives, beans, pepper, onion, oil and vinegar. Season to taste. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold.

Servings: 5 – 6 ($1.50/serving)
