Free of eggs, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, dairy



3 ripe bananas


2 TBLSP oil

2 cups flour

¾ cup sugar, honey, or maple syrup

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

 

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan or a muffin pan. Mash the bananas and then add all of the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into the pan and bake (1 hour for bread loaf, 15-25 minutes for muffins). Remove from pan to cool on a cooling rack. Serve warm or cold.

Servings: 8 – 10 ($0.40/serving)
