Free of eggs, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, wheat, dairy
2 cups mashed potatoes with garlic
1 package of frozen corn or mixed vegetable (cooked)
Ground turkey or beef (browned on the stove)
Pepper, Garlic, Oregano
Tomato Paste
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a pie pan. Mix the meat and tomato paste and season to taste. Spread the meat evenly across the bottom of the pan. Add a layer of vegetables. Top with an even layer of potatoes. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until the pie is heated through and the tops of the potatoes begin to take on a golden brown color. Serve warm.
