Free of eggs, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, wheat
2 cups of oats
5 cups of hot water
1 cup of milk
¼ cup of brown sugar or maple syrup
½ cup of raisins
Boil oats, water, sugar (or syrup), and raisins in a large, covered pot or crock pot until oats form a smooth porridge. Add milk and stir. Serve warm.
