Follow the recipe for pizza dough. Then heat the oven to 400 F and grease a cookie sheet. Divide the dough into equal balls about ¾ of a fist in size. Roll the balls until smooth rolls form. Place the rolls on the greased cookie sheet leaving space between the rolls to accommodate rising. Brush the rolls with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and basil (if desired). Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and separate easily from the pan.
