Free of eggs, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, wheat, dairy



Wraps are fun, easy meals that are great to travel with. We use wraps, soft tortilla shells, and lavash to wrap around the fillings. Just read the labels carefully because many of these products contain sesame flour! Some of our favorite wrap fillings are as follows:


 

Hummus (for those with sesame allergies Trader Joe's makes a great tahini free Hummus)

Salad

Tomatoes

Cucumbers

Shredded Carrots

Avocado

Cheese

Turkey

Beans

Peppers

Onions

Soy Butter/ Sun Butter/ Peanut Butter (depending on your allergies and preference)

 

Servings: Variable

*This recipe is free of the above listed allergens if the ingredients chosen are free of the allergens. For example, a pasta dish is only free of eggs and wheat if the pasta used is egg and wheat free. Please see allergen shopping lists for recommended products.
